i was told to fill up a form for security clearance for a pass and then i needed two referees. with not many people in my army phones contact list i decided to actually do something. and basically most of the saved contacts are my army friends whom i know them for less than a year.
so i called up my cousin pat who is working very hard in her office. asked her for details and blahblah...
then came this "Number of Years Known"
