an oriental twist

Finally, I can say FINALLY the project that took up all my private time is done. Hooray to myself and my class for completing this graduation project. The job of an Executive Director really isn't easy. You have to think of ideas and even if you can't think of any, you must pluck it from somewhere and throw it to your committee to decide. Then you will have to make decisions which sometimes make me lose my directions. You have to handle some many impromptu problems that some asshole people try to make life difficult for you. Seriously, I've learnt quite a lot from this event. It was thank-god a better organised event than the previous one we had. I really thank each and every of my classmates who have put in so much effort in this event. You people know who you are, so really thanks to you all. Especially those who have been running around like lunatics to meet up with the sponsors and all. :)) Now, the crucial part will be the results so let's just pray hard we score well, if not the best.

So now I'm basically back to the normal routine as calls are lesser now. I'm sure my phone bill will go high up this time. The final thing that I have to do is the post event evaluation and I'm officially done with my job. Pretty glad that most of the things went well. The crowd came unexpectedly as we only managed to sell a few tickets to a few cats and dogs in the initial stage. In the end, it reached near to our targetted amount.

I've done so many things that I forgot some. It has been a really long time since I last blogged and I do apologise for going missing. Oh yes, my friend's birthday dinner at Chjimes was good. The weather was humid though, but the company was more or less good. It was medi cuisine, it didn't really awe me because of certain reasons, but I enjoyed some of the courses. Like I've said, the company was good so who cares about the food yeah? :)) The rest went MoS to continue the celebration. A pity I didn't go because I was too lazy and at the same time tired. Cab fares are horrifying!!

On Mother's Day, we celebrated it at Crystal Jade Palace. My all-time favourite Peking Duck was ordered again. Hahaha, the dinner was good with the ambience and all. The place was super packed, luckily my sister made a reservation.

In about a month's time I will be starting my attachment. Quite excited and a little sad. Reason being I will be embarking my first 1-year work experience in a hotel with some of my friends so its pretty nice and the latter being I will not be seeing some of my classmates as often as I do. Okay dokay, I admit I hate going to school at times, but then you know the fun and fight it happens in school will make you think back and ponder. They are actually memories to be kept and even though they may be your enemy, they've made you learnt something out of it. Whatever, I'm crapping. :( Most of my classmates have already signed or being offered a place so I guess it should be good la. As for those who are still waiting, your chance will come.

Driving lesson starts again tomorrow. I don't know if I can still remember how to operate a car. It's already stage four and I'm only left with 2 more lessons after tomorrow's. I am kinda worried. Sigh. I've come this far since February so just hope I can make it. Hahahaha, it's in September but then I have to plan ahead first right?

Alright, it's time for me to pack my things and get ready for school tomorrow. It's now all revision classes and the final round I can make my GPA look good. The subjects are tough, hopefully I can cope with that. Till then, I will update when I'm free again!
