I have to admit that yesterday's entry sounded a little emo but who cares right? It's my blog anyway. I blogged it out and even posted that picture because I felt I was quite affected by the news. Not like I know her, or she's related to me (like obviously) but sometimes a death of someone you know of, can pretty much affect you. I even read up the whole news article on her death and its one huge chunk. Seriously, I feel that it's like the death of a singer, Selena who sang "Dreaming of You".
Anyways, the week has began and I was feeling really restless. I didn't have the mood to do the English discussions simply because its only me and one of my classmates participating. Plus, today's lesson starts at 12noon and ends at 3.15pm. The feeling of going home came rushing into my mind and all I could think of is o go home and sleep. When I'm back home, I started eating and watched TV, followed by cleaning up my room. It's in a mess and still needs more cleaning. I haven't finish the other half of the room. Sigh, wonder if it will be ready by New Year.
Yesterday was out with my family to town. It was supposed to be lunch, then it changed to dinner. My dad came home in the afternoon and we ate before we leave. Orchard didn't seem to be full of people knowing tht Chinatown will be having the light-up ceremony for the CNY decors. So my dad and I sent my mom and sis to Tanglin Mall to shop, while we went to visit the show suite nearby. It was rather fortunate that I know the way after enquiring and managed to find the place. It was so hidden and the carpark is damn hilly. Parked our car and went to the show suite. I tell you the place is damn quiet and super luxurious, it has been the best show houses I've seen so far. Then we registered ourselves and proceeded to the mini-structure table together with the sales representative. Gave explanations and all, spoke about the prices and stuffs. Imagine, the maintenance fee per month is $1,000 odd, excluding seasonal parking fees of S$200 odd per month, followed by having to book a service from the adjacent hotel at an additional fee. Oh my god, I didn't faint yet. The price for a 3-bedroom apartment is $4,000,000 and above. After that, we went on to viewing the showsuites in which both sample apartments are all sold out. The interiors are damn good, especially the designs and decors. Every room has a bathroom of its own, kitchen, wardrobe, toilet are all luxuriously branded. The bath towels, toiletries placed there are Givenchy or Prada. The master and junior master bedrooms have a walk-in wardrobe. Marble flooring at the common areas and timberwood for rooms. The furnisings are top-class, definitely and its simply breathtaking. The showsuites are damn huge, all 4-bedroom apartments sprawing at least 3,000 square feet in size. Seriously, if I have the money I will buy units after units. Afterall, its the brand, location, extra hotel-services such as housekeeping, butler and kitchen and of course the luxury and status that you are buying. Because it's afterall staying beside a 6-star hotel property, a stone's throwaway from the shopping paradise, Orchard Road and its a residence by world-renowned, St. Regis Hotels & Resorts. The showsuites I visited is the most talked-about and the one and only branded residence in Singapore, St. Regis Residences Singapore.
Okay, enough of making myself and you drool over that expensive and branded residential apartment. After the viewing, went to park the car at Ngee Ann City, but it was full so we were stucked in the middle of the road after checking out with the security. Was asked to go to Wisma, and it was FUll again. So we decided to park it at Paragon, it was FULL again. Why the hell is that happening man? It's as if every mall's parking spaces are occupied. But we managed to get one at Paragon. Went to meet up with my mom and sis who were already at Wisma.
Shoppd around at Taka, picked up our car and went for dinner at this Indonesian restaurant. It was at Raffles Place and I tell you, this place serves deliciou Indonesian cuisine. Not as spicy as I thought it would be. I was so bloated after the dinner because it was super nice. I must go back there and eat again! So delicious I give 5-stars.
Alright, thats all for this entry after sharing so much as promised in the previous post. Laters.
