Ever since holidays started for me, it has never been a free day for me but the busy days were all well-spent with my family. As mentioned, I spent the first week away in Hong Kong holidaying happily and putting aside all those troubles and thoughts. The next thing when I'm back, I have to start packing those gifts I bought for my cousins (sorry friends, you are not counted in) and then there's this ritual thing for my late-grandmother that we have to attend for two days which were super tiring. Actually we were only the "co-actors and actresses" so we spent our day and night eating nonstop and chatting away. Came Monday, I met up with my cousins and niece for singing session all the way from 2pm to 9pm. I didn't lose my voice though. It was seriously fun than being with anyone else, well because they are my family.
And on one of those days came my cousin who visited my house to give out the wedding invitations. His wedding will be at The Fullerton Hotel and I am anticipating la. It's been quite sometime I've attended a wedding dinner. Like what Patricia said, our cousin is like super rich and was once with Celeste Chong. The wedding will be on the second day of year 2007.
Then just yesterday, I tagged along with Susan (my cousin and the elder sister of my cousin who is getting married), my mom and my niece to my groom-to-be cousin's house for this thing to ask the bride-to-be's mother what she wants for the wedding. Things went like how many banquet tables she wants for her family and friends, items and such. It was simple. The house was cosy and super cold with the aircon on despite the raining weather. The wedding book was huge and the photos taken were nice. Then we went off to pick up my aunt (Susan's mother) from her workplace.
Today, I woke up amazingly early to go to Malaysia with my mom, my sister and Charmaine. They wanted to do nails and hair. I went and it was a smooth journey there because everything was fast like the immigration clearance and the traffic. Had lunch at the bah-kut-teh store we frequent all the time. Then took cab to the salon and I had a haircut before my cousin's wedding in case my hair grows to become like a christmas tree. They did their nails and I waited, went for coffee and tea, took cab to another mall to look around. My dad picked us up at the local immigration taxi-stand and went for dinner. It was a fabulous day I guess. :)))
Tomorrow night will be something I've been waiting for. Hahaha, Christmas dinner with my family, well an advanced one, at Marina Mandarin. Last year was spent at home so my sister and I decided to make it somewhat different this year. Hope the food will be nice tomorrow night and yes, must take some pictures and share with you all the joyous mood.
23 December will be home-alone. My parents will not be at home and my sister will be going for Christmas dinner with her friends at The Oriental. *Droooools* They say Melt Cafe at Oriental serves delectable food items but the price is like pretty expensive. So, maybe I'll leave it when I have the money okay? Hahaha.
Was planning for a cousins gathering and waiting for everyone to reply but I doubt it will be soon. Hopefullyto make it during New Year's Eve and we can like celebrate together. Perhaps a barbeque at my cousin's house garden would be a good! Then we can have a 3-day long celebration throughout from 31st Dec to 2nd Jan. Wouldn't it be fun? Hurhur... *Evil grin*
Oh yeah, I've finally gotten my A&F and Hollister stuffs. Great! I'm getting more soon when the time is ripe. Hehehehehe.... Laterrsss
