an oriental twist

Finally the weekend is here! I can finally put aside the tests-horror and projects-fear before I go back to school next week. This week was pretty hectic. We completed all the tests for this term and one project is finally done. Thumbs up for myself and to my group members. Heh, my presentation slides got many compliments ok? One of those very unique design which I will not be sending to anyone. History and Hotel Security tests wrapped up the tests for this term and I really hope I can do well, or maybe pass them. I seriously have no hope in History paper simply because I suck at it. I love Geography but it is not in my module. Anyways...

Time for another battle next week. The whole week is damn bloody full with two hotel visits (One for my Hotel Security Project and the other is with the class). Am looking forward to my own hotel visit because we will be there to observe and relax there. The place we are going, haha I won't be revealing it until I come back. On the other hand, the class' hotel visit will be to Amara Hotel and I wonder why there. Its pretty good there but I guess its the things we will be seeing that make us learn something. Then on Saturday, I have a class gathering at one of my classmates home. And I don't know what else will be coming. So tired man. :(((

Thursday was Front Office presentation. Didn't have lesson all the way till 2 plus so my friends and I went out of school to catch a movie, The Grudge 2. Its alright and some of the scenerios are kinda expected, so don't expect too much from the movie. During preparation of the presentation, there were some cork-ups between the projector and the laptop, so we had to borrow our friend's. It was good, thats all I can say. Errrr, maybe even better than good. I was proud of my work la.

And Friday (lets assume it is today), had Hotel Security test and a short Hotel Law lesson. Was quite confused with the Fidelio system and stayed a little while to complete it. After that, off I went to Suntec. The journey was sick, I had motion-sickness in the cab. Shared cab with Aisyah, Herman and Val, the journey went this way. From Bukit Batok to Eunos to East Coast Park to Tanjong Rhu to Suntec. It was quite long la. Enjoyed myself at the Singapore Motorshow, not alot of people yet but many new and nice cars on display. Shall post up the photos I took until my phone went low-batt. However, there wasn't some of the car brands I hope to see. It was enjoyable afterall because I love cars. Something made me not leave the show is the model-car of this Lamborgini. It costs $229.00 for a 1:18 modelcar. I was shocked and yah, went speechless. The most expensive one I've bought was few years back in 2002 when my mom paid $100 for this Volkswagen Phaeton. Really nice car and of super good quality. Everything on the model-car is so detailed but the price is high. I couldn't "invest" my money in this even though I buy one model-car every time I go for the Motorshow. The Lamborgini car is made from the Lamborgini manufacturer itself so, thats most probably the price is much much higher and the other Lambor but not made from the own manufacturer. Sigh, I was kinda disappointed that I didn't get anything there. Was at the Lambor store for quite awhile, deciding and thinking. :((

HAPPY 18TH BIRTHDAY, MY COUSIN CHARMAINE!

She is finally 18 and time flies, we have been "playing" since young and now you have turned 18. I will be in a month's time so yeah, I actually don't hope that will come so soon. I remember we spent her birthday at IndoChine last year. This year, guess its much better with dinner at Goodwood Park. Thank me okay? I suggested and made the reservation just for you. So there will be no present. Hahahah, whatever la. Now, I'm thinking of where to go for my birthday even though I have something in mind already. Tsk.

Alright, it finally weekend and I can rest and sleep for as long as I want. Hospitality Sales project coming to an end soon and I'm going to complete it real soon after my members send me their files. Hoho, Merry Projection!
