an oriental twist
Thursday, November 16, 2006 .::. Busy Week
It was a jam-packed week for me. There was a change of timetable and I was so lost which lesson was going to be next. Damn the school for making everything so convenient for them and troublesome for the students. And yah, next week will be the payment of the last school fees amounting SGD 3150. For goodness sake, the last time I made payment was before I left for Taiwan in June. It's really expensive la, two years in there and it costs an estimated SGD 12600 in total. Sigh, that's one of those reasons why I study hard when I'm there.

So Monday started off with the hectic new timetable slot. Two freakin English lessons, I swear I was about to explode in class. All those idiotic thesis sentences and writing skills make me mad. The teacher is always chanting prayers of her stories and topic sentences. Shit her, its damn boring. Then followed by Tuesday, a better day at least. After school, my group went to Conrad to do our project observations and had a short discussion at Marina Square's alfresco McDonald's. Wednesday was early dismissal and met mom and sis for lunc at Ang Mo Kio's Jack's Place. Grocery shopping at the NTUC there. And today was another tedious day with lessons stretching from 8.30am to 5.45pm. Double History slots and double Front Office slots followed by video-watching for Hospitality Sales. Very sian, but those food sold at the foyer such as burgers and nuggets kept the class sort of 'alive'. Tomorrow will be a pretty short day and will be visiting Amara Hotel with the class as part of the curriculum for Front Office. Oh yes, we gotten back our transcript and got an improvement for my GPA. Thank God, I hope it will maintain this way with those As and Bs.

Okay, continuing with my schedule this week. Saturday will be a class-gathering at one of my friends house and on the same night, my cousin will be holding a small gathering at her boyfriend's place. But it will be good because my friend's place is just nearby so, maybe I would consider taking a cab down provided I have enough cash with me.

Holidays are coming and I'm kinda looking forward to it. I hope I can fly away from Singapore this time again to really enjoy and relax and rejuvenate my body, mind and soul. I want to go to HONG KONG again simply because I love the Christmas atmosphere there. I love everything in Hong Kong actually, food, shopping, night scenery, walking along the streets and taking photos of the place time and again. I love taking the flight there too, especially Cathay Pacific with the superb service and entertainment, plus ice-cream! Hahahaaha, ok I guess I'm mad already. Back here again to update, laterrrs.
