an oriental twist

I guess this will, again be another entry that summarizes up everything since the last time I posted an entry. I feel that its really unhealthy to blog in such a way but I'm seriously too lazy to update every single day and repeating the same old thing like, "What happened in school and blahblah...." Then more and more readers will start avoiding (or have already avoided) this place. That's why you sense emptiness here. Anyhoos... here comes the summary entry.

I don't remember when was the last time I actually blogged here but I shall just talk about this weekend ok. Met up with my friend/s at Junction 8 to attend F.I.R.'s showcase. We practically waited for the door to open for more than an hour? Aiya, I won this pair of tickets from a joint-event by Nokia and Warner Music and I thought it would be some priority entry kinda thing. Oh wells, the music showcase was superb and the 'LIVE' performance was great. The members (Faye, Ian and Real, I don't know if I got their names correctly, but as long as you know who are the three in the group thats good enough) although don't look as good as they are on TV, but they are very friendly and sincere. I helped my friend to get the album autographed, so I managed to see them closer and yah, shook hands with them too. :)))) They are really nice because they actually look at you, smile and watch you walk pass to the other singer. And I idolise F.I.R. more and more. Muahahahahahaha :D really lah.

And today's event was out with Charmaine, XD and Bom to the Singapore Zoo! It's a long-planned excursion and we finally went today. Oh yah, before I start anything, I thank my Dad for getting us the pass to the Zoo. Zoo changed quite a bit and the number of animals there seem lesser and lesser. They no longer have the normal tigers, but the white tigers brought us a good show though. The pictures will depict everything later ok? Be patient. :))) The animals there, even though some were giving out odours, but they are really cute! I was thinking of adopting one but I guess doing that will only happen when I have the money to and when I'm financially-independent. Ben & Jerrys was the best start before enterting the Zoo. We went around the whole of the Zoo and it was damn hot. We laughed, gossiped, joked really alot (all thanks to Bom) and it was really fun! We should have more this events like that and I can see them coming for the next few weeks. Heh, jam-pack weekends are fun you know. We have planned stuff and all for the coming weeks and hopefully our wallet will not run out of cash. Sometimes I hope I can be back to Marriott again with the rest and work the hell out of our asses and earn big bucks. No worries for meal times, flexible management and loads of fun. Actually I'm secretly in love with Marriott. Hahaha :))))

My Dad's birthday is 10 Oct and have already prepared a surprise for him. Well, Mom bought him a present the other day while Sis and I will be paying for the cake. Got to collect it from Robertson Walk which is like quite far from my school. Have to go to Clarke Quay and take a cab over. But the cake is super delicious and its worth paying for la! :D So I don't really mind because in the end, I will be the one eating up everything. Heh.

Wednesday will be out with Charmaine and Bom for movie and shopping. They have this Topman/Topshop pre-Christmas shopping exclusively for UOB cardmembers at VivoCity, I'm going to see if there's anything nice and buy them. Well, most of the shops there are not open yet, but we are there to explore and look around. It should be a pretty exciting place I guess, damn big. Oh, and I have so many places I want to go. Now, I'm worried for my wallet. On a happier note, I have yet bank in some of my money. Hahaha. :))) I saved them slowly ok? Not that I went to work secretly and shut up.

Time for bed! Updates on photos soon! Photo album is up, but will still be posted here. Look Out!
