Back for an update. This few weeks will be pretty packed, especially the weekends. But first, let's start and finish off with this week's activities. :)))
School is as usual, nothing much happened other than my first-time dozing off in class for about 10 to 15 minutes? It was freaking History and I was so frustrated because the teacher was telling all those lame jokes and tried to link them to the subject. Now I know what Western Imperialism is all about, but I know I missed out on the part about Africa and India.

Went to collect my mooncakes from Marriott and was happy to see those ex-colleagues there. Spent near to an hour there chatting with my friends, and oops I did it again. Went into the Pastry Kitchen without the hotel's pass. The Pastry Chef was making hell lot of noise when the Executive Chef didn't say anything. He just smiled at me and he remembers me. Hahaha. It's always nice back there to visit friends and all. The feeling of stepping into the hotel and up to level 2 is like the first time when I was there with my friends for interview, walking around the area and more. Lots of beautiful memories there. :))) And I got my parent's mooncake, didn't get my snowskin strawberry yoghurt. Tsk. They are all SOLD OUT, unbelievable. Well I guess this year's mooncakes is such a disappointment. I didn't manage to get the one I want, Charmaine didn't manage to get hers. I still remember vividly last year we ran all the way to get the last few boxes of mooncakes from the Forecourt Stall at Marriott. Sigh, there's this very good promotion somemore. What the hell. But Marriott mooncakes are good lah. Skin is thin and the filling is so good! Thumbs up for Wan Hao!
Anyways, this weekend will be busy. I'm supposed to go to Malaysia with my family on Saturday, but I won a pair of F.I.R. exclusive showcase from the Nokia-Warner Music contest. I must really go this time because I missed the showcase I won the other time for 'The Click Five' at Zouk. So I must go this time since I love two of their songs in the latest album. Hahah, then Sunday will be out with Charmaine, her boyfriend and Bom at the Zoo. Hey, it's been really long time since the last time I was there. My sister told me there are quite a lot of changes and has become more beautiful and clean. More details on the trip will be posted up later.
Then after this week will be my dad's birthday celebration on Tuesday. Already ordered a cake for him and we are thinking of where to go for a lunch or dinner. Hopefully it will be a nice one. More updates later.
Was discussing with Charmaine about a short getaway during the Hari Raya and Deepavali holidays. I so hope that we can go out of Singapore and enjoy the resort & spa life. We were thinking of Bintan, but the accomodations are damn expensive. I checked out Banyan Trees and Club Med, the prices are robbing our bank savings! But these two resorts are super nice. And I don't know if I should join or not with the plan now going to Kuala Lumpur which is cheaper, worthy and more things to do such as eating, shopping, walking around, exploring and hitting some malls or lazing at some cafes. The room rates are like so much cheaper after I've received an email from Regent Hotel, somemore in Singapore dollars. But there can be cheaper ones lah. Hmmm, what's bothering and hindering me from going ahead with the trip is the school day on Monday, before Hari Raya. It's either I think of something or I get one Demerit Point, which adds on to the current 0.5 that I got for nothing at the outlets. Sigh.
Alright, it's half-day of school tomorrow. PMS (Property Management System, which is a system that major hotels use to check in and out guests, reservations and so on) is so fun and interesting! And there are a few things I wish to accomplish before going for Lee Hom's concert on 21st October, which are....
1. Going KTV with Charmaine
2. Meeting up with Pat for dinner
3. Going for High-Tea, Lunch (Location: ???)
4. Canele Cakes!
5. Ask my sister to get some clothes for me online
6. Decide if I should go for the holiday
7. Join back RCMS for the same job or back to Marriott for Xmas
8. Think of the venue for my birthday dinner
9. Xmas & NY celebration
10. December Holidays
... actually right, I think my thoughts are so out-of-point that I even want to plan for year-end activities. :(( And the new blogger which i switched to using Gmail account is pretty cool.
