an oriental twist
Friday, January 06, 2006 .::.
i have been eating quite alot recently and is most probably caused by the cool weather and also the most disgusting food i am given during attachment for lunch. it suck big time and its only on certain days that the food is certified edible. aforementioned that ive been eating alot like so many curry puffs a day, the after eight sticks, i even went to raffles city's jasons to buy chips back home. and today i made a new discovery which is old chang kee's pineapple pie. well, the one that used to be at mcdonalds and currenty at kfc tastes better. but its not that bad afterall, just a little sour.

today was totally bored at work. oh i mean attachment. the entire restaurant only had two tables of four, one with three and then one with six. business was super lousy and my station only had a table of four out of ten tables we have. during service, i was chatting with my classmate and eavesdropped at what the four lawyers were talking about. they went on and on with issues on law, then those cases they have done, stories from the past and which school they used to be from. this purple-clothed lady was from NJC and one old man was from SJI. their stories were pretty exciting and funny. the conversation continued with some of their friends sending their son to ACS and a little about education. alright, im just sharing some part of their stories.

anyways, yesterdays service in school was really stupid. we had the orientation for the new intakes for culinary and pastry baking courses, and also social etiqutte for VJC. quite unbelievable that those students are in year two and seriously i thought they were those who are having their first three months course. so, quite chaotic when they came into the training restaurant and finished up their food very quickly. then i was released at three plus feeling damn exhausted.

my last day of morning shift will be tomorrow and then return back to afternoon shift. i HATE it man. but then the thing is that you can sleep later and longer. okay, whatever because afternoon shift takes the longest time, bloody long to end the day. now, what i need is rest, hope i can go back to school or even better by giving me holidays and also a haircut. oh yes, i saw naufal when i reached city hall at 6.45am this morning. hes actually working as a waiter at raffles the plaza now. shall visit him one day and make a scene there. mwahahahahahah......
