this years eve was much better compared to last year. we literally stoned at already-closed starbucks last year with my goodwood parks logcake on the table. well, this year was spent at some deserted arab street bistro. and i seriously dont know why the hell they name it, pitstop. nobody knows about it when you have to walk pass back alley and some dark quiet street.

it all started from meeting charmaine, selene and ilhammi at northpoint. we settled at starbucks, exchanged the gifts and had a little drink. erica came and not long after we headed off to city hall. selene and ilhammi dropped there while the rest of us transferred to bugis. we just went walking around the mall to waste our time. charmaine was thinking of her shoes from ebase because her size was out of stock. rounded almost the whole of bugis till like three HOLY hours. and thats when we started the expedition cum heritage tour to kampong glam with the other guys. weird idea to spend a christmas eve at an islamic place but its really tranquil there. PITSTOP was some bikers cafe? pub? i dont know, they just name their juices with alfa romeo and bmw, beer as petrol and some lame shit. but so cool that they have at least some games to entertain us like reversi and uno stacko. hahaha.the food was alright but too little in quantity. the chili sauce tasted a little awful like it has been mixed with tomato sauce.

chatted for awhile, watched some unknown movies screened on the really small television. my sis who was at the balcony at heeren called me up to ask what time was i going home so that we can go home together. left at about one and walked aimlessly. i was trying hard to hail for a limousine cab. and it was only until the traffic lights that stopped one, i abandoned my friends for that so-sexxay limousine cab. haha, but i did apologise after hopping in.

went to meritus mandarin to pick up my sis and her friends. orchard was so packed like TUNAS (i want to be different for once), and orchard was polluted with cans, bottles, cups, rubbish on the streets. oh my, i nearly fainted and pity the cleaners who will be clearing up the place. and yeah, i confess that im bad enough to think "too bad" for some people flagging for my cab! mwahahahaha, some people flagged so hard for the cab but too bad man. sis and her friends hopped in and while waiting for the queue of cabs at the hotel entrance to clear off, my cab got sprayed with foam and those "spiderwebs" by some playful guys. they are damn childish to even wave and smile at us before spraying. ohmygod, how childish can they be.

finally we were out of orchard and the fare summed up to $29. super duper expensive but fortunately its shared among four persons which will be almost equivilant to taking the night rider togther with a short-trip cab home. washed up, ate the cookies my friends bought for me and watched the korean drama series till morning five. it was a pretty good christmas eve.

and till then, i wish everyone a MERRY CHRISTMAS and shall leave happy new year for another six days. =) cheers
