an oriental twist

3 days of holiday gone.
4 more days to hong kong trip.

sometimes i hate counting down the number of days to certain things for example like school reopens, dateline for projects, exams and stuff related to school or work. but sometimes i am more than willing to count the number of days to festive seasons, holidays and overseas trips. well, i do laugh at myself for doing this when others dont even bother to.

okay, i was being a little random at the beginning. anyways, i spent today like a sunday with my dad not working and going to malaysia. bought some stuff back and things there are definitely cheaper than local. my tee was only like fifteen to seveteen bucks, food was pretty cheap too and my sis got a pair of the levis ladies style. i was much interested in the paper carrier though, it looks damn exquisite for a girl as its pink in colour and the levis carrier itself is made of paper. P-A-P-E-R i mean unlike we have those flimsy plastic ones locally. had coffee at starbucks. the blueberry cheesecake looked nice but tasted pretty dry like its been left in front of a fan blowing until it dried up. the christmas special drink was nice, with a little fruity taste and fragrant if my tastebuds and sense of smell didnt tell me the wrong thing.

christmas decorations finally up in my house. getting somemore stuff to enhance the mood for christmas but i guess it will be expensive. heh, long term investment because you can reuse it every year. and christmas reminds me of the christmas i spent with my friends last year at marriott. 23 dec was the day we saw utt and he bought a bottle of cookies from us. everyone was so excited and adeline even helped annie got an autograph from him. what else, last years christmas eve was a silent night as we didnt join the people at town after work.

before i end this entry, i hate to say this but i have to. i will have to go all the way to bloody jurong east, take a stupid turn-around-and-around bus then walk through that jungle to a grassland and after a amphitheatre to the service centre and then wait for a few million years in the oven plus sauna waiting area to get my mp3 player fixed. damn that earpiece i got it fixed twice and whatever. i always thought i didnt regret getting zen instead of ipod. or maybe both are just the same, only that you neednt walk past jungles to the service centre. oh, its all an excuse.

hello there. welcome!
