an oriental twist
Thursday, November 24, 2005 .::.
today started with everyone in class bringing bags and bags of stuff to school. ranging from boxes of doorgifts to clothes that we will be wearing for the theme party. foods lesson was shit, i couldnt concentrate at all. not a single thing could get into my head, other than answering some questions. like for example the types of cheeses and so on. it was super boring. and that lady host in the video is so slutty. she acts as a somewhat flirt to get the food from the chefs in the kitchen. guess the whole class almost smash the television and rip out the tapes.

had lunch and got some stuffs from popular for the last minute decorations at the schools lobby for the event. back to school was sitting around, exploring the decorations and the sound systems rented. it was pretty good though, wasnt that shitty i expected to see. then helped a little here and there and see who needs help. got changed at about 4 plus and everything was almost ready for the event. had the briefing and off we go, we started the party.

erica chua and i were at the lobby welcoming guests at the reception table. giving out doorgifts and greeting them a good evening. it was cool. the whole place was dimmed and lit with candles, even the walkway to the restaurant was lights off and candles lit. the ambience was some sort of relaxing mood and simple yet romantic. the welcoming board was pasted with the poster and the sponsors, fullerton hotel and pan pacific. rosebuds were scattered on the lobbys ground. had quite alot of fun with those chatting, gossiping and phototaking. was really fun giving away doorgifts and playing around.

after the last guests arrival, joined the rest of them in the restaurant. songs were damn nice, super classic. walked around and observed, that was my job though. im one of the main committee members so we just had to supervise and look around. the restaurant looks good. when dessert was about to be served, we gave every guest the lollipops sponsored by pan pacific. the response was overwhelming, even my classmates wanted to snatch some from my basket. and the event ended at about 9. cleared up and home!

the event was a success and everyone had a happy evening i guess. time for me to sleep already. seeya tomorrow! im damn tired, DAMN!

pls excuse me if there are any spelling, grammar or punctuation mistakes made in this entry. im too tired to read it and check it.
