an oriental twist

guess this is the dont-know-how-many times ive been to city hall this month. when im schooling, the number of times i step onto the land of city hall is like less than five times or even lesser. but anyways, this month ive broken my life record of going there countless times. and something incredible happened today, it was miracle.

back to school first, we had cheese tasting for class and the whole bunch of greedy pigs came rushing as if there were some sale going on. bread after bread, crackers after crackers, cheeses after cheeses it was a scary sight. they said the smoked cheese was fantastic but i didnt manage to try it. i only ate the garlic cheese which tasted like the garlic paste for garlic breads. haha, funny. todays lunch was quiet with only me and soo yeon. then came erica chua in the afternoon and a few of us in class talked about where we are going this holiday. oh yes, i also learn about a little of the story behind the taj mahal, one of the seven wonders of the world.

mis practical exam was totally screwed, especially excel. i didnt attend that freaking lesson due to my retakes. i managed to figure out by doing trial and error. the duration for the exam was too little and teacher came rushing me to hand up the diskette. i was shouting all the way when time was up though. i think i might fail excel in the calculation part because that three numbers didnt appear after ive typed it in. the keyboard and mouse almost got destroyed by my turbo-force pressing and clicking.

and so the miracle i mentioned in the first paragraph was that erica chua finally took train! i mean its a super huge enormous gigantic surprise. it was her third or fourth time taking the train i guess and the ride was kinda funny. the other passengers most probably think that she just came from a village or out from a cave. haha. and at raffles city, theres this crazy woman who was begging for two dollars. i was standing at the taxi stand alone while my friends went into robinsons to look at some xmas stuff. i was praying non-stop not to let that woman come to me, but in the end she came asking me for money. i said no immediately.

then my friends came out and that crazy woman went to them. and again she got rejected and scolded my friend some vulgarities. oh man, the situation was flaring up. the cab came and that woman looked at us. she shouted something like "if you dare, come lah" that kinda thing. erica chua stared back and everything was over when we got up the cab to hotel rendezvous for lunch.

coffee club serves good cakes, coffee and food. we ate this baked something and also bangers and mash. the latter is the term used in britian i think as sausages and potatoes. anyways, the food was really good. took bus back to bukit batok, it was a headache man. ive got motion sickness cos the bus was too packed and stuffy. it travels the whole of bukit timah i think. some of the 25 minutes was rounding bukit timan estate.

and finally no school tomorrow! rest day for me. haha, i need some rest. plus tomorrow mums going to pay for the air tickets to hong kong. but luckily i need not meet up with my friends to do the project. ive already done my part. so happy holiday!, only....
