lesson today was alright, but now that i realised i love quality service in hospitality. it talks about walt disney, marriott and ritz-carlton. im proud to have worked at the last 2 hotels and happy that ive been to disneyland. anyways, i really love this subject after food service management. this teacher is nice, gentle and really good even though the wordy textbook makes us sleep. but she managed to keep me awake.

showmanship, i tried the lobster bisque. its a little bitter, but the lobster was fantastic. i only had a small piece cos we had to share. btw, theres a glutton in my class. this glutton, for the sake of eating the food cooked by mr chan, he moved his seat all the way from the back to the front. and whens there no more food to eat, this glutton went back to his seat. oh my god, ive never seen such hungry ghost before. i was suggesting if the school can make a nice seat for him right beside the stove, so that he can watch and be the first to eat the food.

btw, lunch today was such a hurry. we tookaway food back to the demo kitchen. noodles and drinks and fries. there were me, mingli (the big sister big), yan wen, soo yeon, hui bin, jeremy and herman. we had quite a rush when eating, but the food was not enough though.

after showmanship, we had principles of cooking conducted by the new course tutor. he even gave each of us either a packet of ice lemon tea or lychee. hes damn damn nice. he also said he can bring drinks if we want, for either course tutor interaction session or during practical cooking on saturday. hes damn nice okay. and we are learning how to chop the vegetables into different sizes. and im doing it tomorrow. 8am to 3pm, guess it all about chopping and chopping.

after school, supposedly me, jeremy, yan wen and soo yeon were to take cab together as the route we were going was the same. but crazy soo yeon backed out, and left with the 3 of us. jeremy and yan wen were arguing with each other over small matters and its damn funny. the stupid driver jerked the cab again and again. i almost vomitted in the car, but took control. sigh. reached yan wens place, jeremy and i headed for town. the shit thing was the bloody traffic jam that stalled us on the road for like an hour. oh man, fortunately i changed to the back seat, if not i would have fainted in the cab. we were bullshitting in the cab, talking lots of nonsense. and erm, i accidentally say im gonna buy a new ipod for jeremy cos his was spoilt. haha, pray hard he will forget it. anyways, the jam was bloody long until both of us took a short nap. shithead. btw, jeremy was wearing this "im dating americas next top model" tee. its damn nice.

stopped at fareast cos jeremy WANTS TO WALK and LOOK AT GIRLS, if im not wrong. what the hell. walked with him up till hyatt and hes off to get his ipod serviced. i sort of "ran" into hyatt and took a seat cos i was feeling unwell after the ride. i felt damn sick until, my face turned pale which maine said. guess its the lighting at the hotel lobby.

shopped for selenes present. and dinner at mos shaw. damn tiring, but we managed to get quite a few stuff for her. met up with maine, erica, ann, lene and anns friend whom i dont know. walked around here and there, kino was closed, popular was closed. and i shitted at ngee ann city cos i couldnt take it anymore. i could have just farted anytime if i didnt go to the toilet. btw, nac toilets are pretty clean, but the papers are a little rough. my ass could feel the roughness. okay, i hereby announce that im very fussy over toilets. cos the standard tells me the everything of that place. so that is why i dont go to any toilets, except for home and hotels. and recently paragon and now ngee ann city. =)

done with the presents and stuff. wrapped and prices all torn. its a really nice present i should say. with my design and creativity, and the taste of erica and maine. also the contribution of ann, ruiqing and dragon. i guess this is one of the very creative and perfect present one will ever wish to have one. really.
