an oriental twist
Thursday, October 13, 2005 .::.
i feel that ive neglected my blog for quite sometime. but anyhow, im here all-ready to update on whats happening to me. i would kindly ask you to leave if you are not interested and when your main purpose here is to spam. even if you were to spam my tagboard, i believe some kind souls will come and help me out. okay, what am i talking about. like who will ever come and visit my blog and read my long-winded entries. sheesh.

been quite busy with school stuff. exams already ended for some people while mine will be coming up next thursday and next month. what the heck man. time flies like... cant think of anything to continue with that phrase. but i hope you get what i mean. projects are left undone except for one which can only be done from week 8 onwards and the class event will be so damn dragging. stretching each day like one stupid flexible rubber band. it will snap one day. but this is the first time i get so irritated by the things im going to do. decorations, ideas and blahblah. im stucked, my brain is not turning for this one.

back to ritz carlton and marriott teachings. the teacher believes that im being brainwashed by ritz and marriott. and she asked me to correct her if she says anything wrong about either of the hotels. pretty funny though. shes a really nice teacher, too kind to the class i should say.

anyways, i have no programme this saturday and sunday ,other than the half day lesson on saturday. surprisingly, cos i will be digging up the state-of-the-art phonebook and start calling people on gatherings during weekends. the weather is too bad for going out. it can rain and can shine as and when it likes to.

oh yes, i slept at 11 last night. how nice was that. i was damn freaking tired cos that heavy-american-accent teacher, mr tan kept us waiting for him. he had to run 2 places though. half of my class and the other half. fortunately everything was good. he looks damn strict, but i think hes quite nice. =) btw, my quality service teacher told the class a few days ago that, there have been incidents when guests at the oriental fell into the small decorative pool at the lift lobby. its super funny. i mean there are lights shining up from the little pool that surrounds the lift lobby, and people can just trip and drop into the decorative pool. haha, i wonder how did that happen. fortunately i didnt drop in when i was there.

maine and i finally decided to settle at goodwood park for the final good-tea. we have been wanting to go there during Os period, but didnt make it there cos we have been too many good places. not that goodwood is lousy, but we have been over-budget. seriously, and im announcing that im broke. but counting back, we have been to these..

- marche
- nydc
- coffee club at paragon
- ritz carlton's greenhouse (twice somemore)
- ktv (we will never be tired of this)

and i swear for these places we have been to, we've been there for countless times and spent really alot. i guess charmaine must be cursing now. "ITS NOT ME LOR, ITS YOU! ALWAYS WANT GOOD FOOD!" erm, im willing to spend on good stuffs, especially food. this time round i should stop once marina mandarin ice cream comes. going back to hawker centre and foodcourts. but please do understand that i might need some food from marche and nydc. for this last time, we shall end it with..

- goodwood park's coffee lounge
- marina mandarin's atrium lounge

cos she owes me the ice cream. anyways, i shall put a stop. =) phew

time to go off. school till bloody 7pm. im going to be perfumed with those french/western cuisines in class tomorrow, plus mesmerised by the beautiful music of quality service and making sauces. oooohh, how fine can a day be like friday.

till then laters.

hello there. welcome!
you are now browsing through the entries where the author captures every single moment of his life. it may not be anything simple and neither will be it too extravagant. the entries are made up of his family, friends and people around. you may just be one of those who can help continue to keep this blog moving on. thank you and have a nice day.
