an oriental twist
Wednesday, September 07, 2005 .::.
time for an update. like how time really flies, even though the world record says the longest day is the day we are living in right now, TODAY. what the hell, i hell no believe it is. well, perhaps sometimes it does have effects, but sometimes, days just slip through your fingers.

tuesday was pretty good. english, and i took my english test cos i skipped it the last time. fsm was fun, but the project made the subject sucks temporarily. econs was the release of the test results. and ta-dah! i passed with 60/80, hey my first a1 grade if you put it in a hundred percentage. oh wells, we'll see how it goes about in exams then. anyways, its a good start for everything.

today was the worrying day. my heart thumped like how fast it always beats when you see the one you love. but hey, till now, ive not seen any though. alright, a form of description. but anyways, beverage today was optional and my class is always so nice to the teachers that only about 10-odd came. it was nice as we did our revision with the work given by mr chan. exam tips, and 3 hours break. wanted to order pizza or mcd to classroom, however, the better plan will always be saving money and walk a few distances. west mall with emilia, alex, grenadine syrup (geraldine), zheng kuo, vernon and ee jie and myself.

bar showmanship test. my lot numbers 25 and in the meantime, i studied for all the 25 intl cocktails. they are all still running in my head. vodkatinigibsonperfectmanhattenginfrenchbloodymaryscrewdriveroldfashionamericanosingaporesling. this is how it is. i sort of screwed up a little cos i mixed the garnish, cherry in the drink for twist of lemon in the drink. okay, the feeling after the teacher corrected me, i panicked. worse was, i couldnt find the sweet vermouth. and it ended up, appearing brightly infront of me, rosso martini. shithead, i was so lost at the moment. and it started. it was smooth thoughout and i made the nice nice manhatten. i didnt try it though cos the garnishes were reused.

rushed home for tuition. it just ended, printed my fsm project which can be awarded as the worse and out of point project ever. its not my kind of standard, cos like ive said again i couldnt find any info on that topic.

test on table cloth changing without showing the ugly table and the setting up of table for 4 a la carte. okay, please pray for me cos the examiner will be the scary teacher and one shangrila shanghai fnb manager. btw, im number 5 so i guess i will be the first again tomorrow. sigh.

its time to log off from here. an entry need not be too long to express my happiness and sadness. laters. =)
