an oriental twist

ive said thousands of times that i love food service management. its the kind of subject every student looks forward to. like, you get to enjoy the contents in the book, the joker teacher who can liven up the class every blur morning and the rubbish answers we gave that fits into the questions. how dumb, but nonetheless, its the creme de la creme subject one can ever get. for this, i swear i love it.

however, the appearance of fsm project changed my perspective to it. i get damn freaked off when i logon to the internet, using hundreds of words to phrase that question properly. and it ended with nothing, just nothing online. or perhaps the question given to us was totally out of point. describing influences on cuisines, the best way is to go to that particular country and find out yourself. shit, ive been using this word quite frequently. shit.

class today was good. but when i reached school, stepped into the classroom, it was a SAUNA! the aircon wasnt on, and i wondered how erica chua and li ran survived there for quite a long time. haha. stayed behind for the napkin folding revision and i mastered them all. we joked, laughed and fooled around the training restaurant. pretty cool. and home sweet home. oh yes, i got horned by a car at my house basement carpark cos i walked in the middle of the driveway. anyways, the rain was good too. the mercury in the thermometer need not rise up anymore.

anyways, this chucky and swine thing have been going on in my class for a while. a guy in my class looks like chucky, especially when he smiles. a horny and evil look. its damn gross, i always turn away when i see him stepping in to the class or when he looks at me. swine is for another person. a guy who is not very popular, probably because of the way he act, look, and react blahblah. seriously, i dont really give a damn except for someone who bullshits around the class. hey, you know it stinks?

from what ive heard, he practically boasts whatever he has, or his parents, or his family has. stuffs like having 5 houses in australia, in which we guess they are all located at one stupid location, sydney. talking about buying branded stuff like a salvatore ferragamo men perfume? shit, you are just tarnishing the reputation of the brands when you use them. currently, using a "bvlgari" perfume that doesnt smell very nice. claiming that he has a krisflyer gold card, and lives in some residences. wanting to clear his entire wardrobe and getting new stuff in. what the heck is he trying to do man. i can name you all the brands, burberry, louis vuitton, cartier, fendi, loewe, tods, salvatore ferragamo, ralph lauren, tiffany and co, prada, gucci, barneys new york, tommy hilfiger, mont blanc, escada, furla, bally, bvlgari, hugo boss, ermenegildo zegna, ysl and etc. what more do you want? i guess you might only know the brand and not any single shit about it.

im pretty disgusted by both chucky and the boastful freak. the whole world will come to an end if these are the only 2 types of people left on earth. what the hell.

anyways, i suggested to maine and the rest about going to equinox. hey, maybe after we finished our exams, we can eat there or something. pat, if you are reading this, it includes you alright. high tea will be great there.

talking about mooncakes, im craving for some. my sis friend bought back some from hong kong. i like snowskin mooncakes. yummy yummy. hopefully i get the durian mooncakes, chocolate mooncakes and those lotus-paste without yolk kind. so many discounts and offers i can get, shit. mooncakes are just so sexy and seductive.

okay, maine we shall save up for the following:-

1) marina mandarin - ice cream, mango cheesecake
2) indochine - eating and drinking
3) equinox - high tea buffet (this is the most exciting one)
4) ktv - shouting and screaming and dancing (we shall tear down the place okay)

the last caption is pretty lame. whatever, these are the 4 places we have to go during our holidays. alright, times up, i have to rush for my project. happy holidays and happy sunday! cheers!
