school was so-so today. lessons started only at 1.30pm cos the morning class was cancelled. anyways, this was how my day went about.

reached school, siam straight away when i saw my course tutor cos i wasnt wearing my tie and nametag. and went to the demo bar for lesson. they started to make cocktails, didnt try cos its so yucks. its shared by the whole class on the same glass. you see those saliva stains on it, looks damn disgusting. so avoided by saying, "oh, ive tried! pass it to the others!" heh, its really disgusting.

lesson was practical, no more theory. however, i managed to try singapore sling. it tasted not as nice as i expected. i like the sourish taste, but theres the cherry fragrant that closes my nostrils automatically. the colours nice and i like it. think the singapore sling wasnt as nice cos we are no professionals.

slept in the evening to regain my energy. slept too much and i still get sleepy.

just repositioned my com. looks quite big cos it occupied the entire width of the right side of the desk. but looks much more spacious and cleaner now. my table was in a mess then. just stuffed them all to any available space.

alright, its time for me to stop. really no mood to blog. dont know why. food and beverage operations tomorrow! hope its nice. and i love food service management! ive repeated many times, didnt i?
