an oriental twist
Monday, July 18, 2005 .::.
didnt blog much for saturday. was totally out of the mood, out of inspiration and energy. anyways, let me continue with sunday. saturday was boring shit, i slept for hours after coming back from school. catering science is boring! argh. =(

sunday was not too bad, managed to get long hours of sleep. finally for me, ive been longing for this day. so, gave up the plans for the exhibition at ritz-carlton, and my pay which is still there. sigh, its been 2 weeks and i still miss there.

dinner last night was at changi village. really nice food there. fried tofu, bittergourd fish, 7 flower crabs, vegetables, chilli sotongs and la-la. very nice and delicious. plus the sugarcane drink which is so much like the one at tangs. its damn good. anyway, i miss the food at tangs market place. sigh, its been 2 months already.

todays lesson was quite nice. learnt those wine opening stuff, and how to serve them. tough job and i dont really understand the steps to opening the cork. and the crap is, we have to speak and introduce the wine. shucks. me, jeremy, sujatha and anthea were laughing. jeremy is a really nice guy btw. though his style is quite different. unique.

was dismissed 2 hours later. had lunch at sakae, which was fun too. laughed and joked alot, joked about some people from my class. i really like the gyoza, it smells and tastes very good. however, i still prefer the bento and ambience at sushi tei.

project and project, i have yet done them. only did research, but not yet written. its a HAND-WRITTEN project! we cant use com to type it out, cos the tutors were afraid that we might just download and print out. what a logic right? its so damn god retarded. poor technology knowledge. well, i know my handwritting is nice, and as for the rest.... erm.. =)

anyways, i changed the template as you can see. i find nothing more interesting about the toilet paper one. so decided to have this simpsons family. pretty cute and colourful.

alright, off to tee-wee now. seeya!

hello there. welcome!
you are now browsing through the entries where the author captures every single moment of his life. it may not be anything simple and neither will be it too extravagant. the entries are made up of his family, friends and people around. you may just be one of those who can help continue to keep this blog moving on. thank you and have a nice day.

your welcome writer
