let me blog about my last day in june. orientation day, there wasnt any games, neither was there free suff given to us. sigh, the uniforms cost a bomb and books are coming on monday. which im pretty sure its gonna be near to a hundred bucks, i should really save up for future. wasting too much in a day.

reached school at 9, registered at the lobby, went to the allocated class. and SURPRISE! sujatha was there too. i was going "ohmygosh". anyway, great to have someone i know there, if not i will be lonely. had briefing by a teacher and stuff. school is strict, small things they will start giving you demerit points. so from monday onwards, no matter what happens, i MUST drag my feet down to school even if i dont want to. had a tour around the school knowing well, which is which, where is where. had another briefing at the function room, purchased uniforms. and i went off, i didnt go for the lunch they provided.

my class is so international that it includes people from china, korea, india, nepal, maldives and thats about it. 2 girls' school ladies, and the rest i guess are from normal schools. anyway, like who cares now right?

wanted to meet my mum at marina square for lunch, but couldnt make it. so i asked her to go to the salon herself first and i meet her there. and i so-wanted to get a carrier that replaces the uniform carrierr given by the tailor. its so old fashion, like from market, so aunty and its just ugly. so i actually took the effort to go to raffles hotel, knowing that stingy swissotel and raffles the plaza will NOT give me any, i rather walk to raffles hotel, get something and get extra carriers. hung around for quite a long time at raffles shop, browsed and saw this travel diary. it appears nice and new to me. i wanted to get it, but wasnt sure. so decided to get it since the papers can be refilled. its blue in colour, leather-like thing. its a new item at raffles shop and i like it very much. and when making my payment, i realised that i forgotten to bring my nets and debit card along. so, had to use the money mum gave me. sigh. =(

unpacked my uniforms into the raffles bag, which looks nicer. hurried to the salon and met my mum. bought myself the burger from carls jr. from marina square, its a new and first outlet in spore. try it! its cheap and the drinks are free-flow!! but some meals are about 10 bucks. so, its still average lah. the burger is damn big. the size of the sushi plate at sushi tei. its just big and worth it!

went to collect my pay for monday at rcms. and my department got the 5-star department for the second quarter of the year! yay! congratulations to each and everyone of you!! hung around there, chatted for a while and left.

when my mum was done, walked past citylink and saw the up to 90% off at fcuk. i told my mum to go in and take a look cos they seldom have such things. they have this sale cos of the relocation of the store. anyway, my mum got 2 clothes for just 10 bucks. cheap right? they have 50% and 70% off jeans. if you are yearning for an fcuk product, get them now!

met my sis at somerset, and to heeren. shopped around and went for dinner at sushi tei paragon. the food there is damn damn nice. im going there again! the food might be abit above budget but it serves good and quality food. especially the steamed egg. its so... like japan! haha. the atmosphere there is good too! i like there, zen design. so much better than sakae sushi.

alright, my entry is too long i guess. im sleepy too. 3 more days to school. 1 more day to the 117th IOC Session at Raffles City Convention Centre. and btw, theres a big screen showing the IOC session at Raffles City atrium. its grand and white. =)
