oh wells, im a poor service provider. take for example, theres those customers who asked about the prices and taste of those xmas stuff. my answer was.... read this, "err, erm, sorry about it. i'll ask someone else to serve you. so sorry about it." anyhows, i survived this crisis with those looks from the customers.
i feel perfectly alright when working. but things screwed up today. theres this redemption at level 2 atrium which maine, lene and christine are working there. answer calls, people come to collect their orders. and it was like total shit. i was alone at the counter, phones were ringing for thousands of times, i cant answer them cos even if i answer, i will have to ask them to call back later or we call back. and about 3 groups of people came to collect their orders which lene and chris when down, maine was at forecourt. i was 'ying fu-ing' the customers, asking them to have a seat and wait. i kept apologising. and finally... phew! they came up.
anyways, the customers were like quite freaked off. whatever kay. and some people. arrggh, just feel like splashing water towards them. so rude and kept insisting. damn shit!
im making an announcement to who ever is gonna redeem stuff using standard chartered cards...
